Nice Sunday afternoon beer and bbq joint . You know the bbq is good when you walk in and smell the smokn bbq Sweet whisky bbq sauce is the bomb.

Oh My! This did not disappoint. The turkey was so juicy and tender, the chicken was moist. The BBQ beans were tasty. The potato salad could have used some eggs, but was tasty and potatoes were cut into good mouth bites. Well done!!!!

An old town favorite! Pulled pork nachos from the bone is always a great snack on the week end! Service is always quick and eating outside is always nice on a warm day. I do wish they put a little bit more on the nachos so every chip has something on it.

I must say these are the best ribs in the country, the chicken wings are awesome as well with the dry rub and smoked to perfection. The ambiance is not that fancy but very welcoming and the service is on point.

Understand, all my reviews are based on my expectation going in. Walking out of a gas station with sushi, I am not expecting Nobu. That said, The bone is a BBQ place in Old Towne Manassas, open 6-days, not Mondays. We were there for a business lunch. Around the table were ordered brisket and pork platters. The portions were perfect for lunch including the sides. The flavor of everything was spot on as was the service. Being in town, this is not your traditional BBQ pit, but the quality, flavor and service are there.

Everything was delicious. The beans, chicken, and brisket were exceptional. I had great company, and we took our time to enjoy everything. We could not eat all we ordered, so I took the rest home.

The Bone catered a birthday event for us, and we couldn't be more pleased. We'd never tried their food before, but had heard nothing but good things, and the whole experience was commendable. Amy (the catering manager) was responsive and so helpful to us when we had questions or even when we had to make last minute changes. Thanks, Amy! You really do your job well! The food set up was done by Chris, and he was a pleasure, too! He was friendly and efficient. Thanks so much, Chris! I highly recommend The Bone for catering and I can't wait to visit the restaurant for the in-house hospitality!

Stopped by here as I've heard a lot of good things about The Bone. It's super cozy inside, with a good amount of seating, and is a family-friendly environment. There is a nice bar and a TV playing sports. I ordered a platter of brisket (sliced, not chopped), potato salad, and onion straws. It was fairly affordable, and came with a few sauces (Sweet Whiskey, House BBQ, and some sort of yum yum sauce). The brisket was a little bit too fatty for my liking, but still delicious. My boyfriend and I really liked the onion straws and the potato salad as well. Unfortunately, we took this to-go to bring back home, so we tried it reheated, but it was still fairly tasty nonetheless. We'd definitely come back here to try it fresh and have some drinks (plus watch a game). A lot of people ordered the mac and cheese while we were there waiting, so we might try that next time!

Listen yall... you will be pleasantly surprised and stuffed after a meal at The Bone. The menu is alot first sight but grab a menu and getta ordering We were first timers looking for some barbecue headed back home and found this little spot in downtown Manassas, small street but in the area full of restaurants. The collards were pretty good, but if you do not eat pork and do not prefer heavy vinegar they may not be the best for you. BUT the Mac and cheese was delicious and the assortment of sauces to use was out of this world we had about 4 different ones from a range of sweet and spicy too smoky. It was pretty crowded the inside is small but they had a full bar if you wanted to sit at front and the staff was pretty pleasant as well. For us we just thank you for your patience because it was so much to choose from that looked so delicious but glad we got the right suggestions.
